Contact Flir

Flir measurement support starts with the evidence you need.

Use this page when a purchase, calibration, repair or application review needs a documented answer. The team will ask for the measured range, instrument family, intended environment and certificate expectation because those details determine whether a product quote is useful. A request for a thermal camera, moisture meter, multimeter, transmitter or gas detector should not be reduced to a model name alone. It should also describe the safety requirement, site condition, response-time target and audit file that will be used after delivery.

Good contact requests usually include the decision that follows the measurement. A power utility may need a commissioning package for transformer acceptance, while an electronics manufacturer may need a bench instrument that supports EMC pre-compliance work. A telecom team may care about RF alignment evidence, and a maintenance group may need thermal images connected to energized-work procedures. Those use cases require different proof, so the request should mention whether the response must include a datasheet, calibration quote, service interval, conformity document, or a review of the uncertainty statement.

01

Address

Global instrumentation desk, regional coordination through the assigned service center after request review.

02

Phone and Email

Use the form for traceable routing. A service coordinator will respond with the proper regional contact and file request.

03

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, standard business hours by region. Emergency service windows are reviewed against asset criticality.

Two-column request form

Tell us which standard will be used to judge the result.

The form asks for the same information a practical instrumentation review needs: contact details, region, asset type and message. Include the measurement range, accuracy class or stated accuracy, calibration interval, approval region and any certificate format required by your quality system. If hazardous-area use is involved, include the required marking and zone, such as Ex ia IIC T4 Ga for Zone 0, rather than writing that the device must be safe everywhere.
